It demonstrates that our risk assessments, technical standards, and internal quality management are at the absolute peak of industry performance.
What is BAFE SP205 and Why Does It Matter?
For those outside the fire safety industry, the acronyms can seem complex. BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) is the independent, third-party registration body for the fire safety industry in the UK.
The BAFE SP205 Scheme specifically governs Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment. Being certified under this scheme means an independent, UKAS-accredited certification body (in our case, the NSI) regularly audits our processes, report methodologies, and technical competencies. It is the gold standard of assurance. For our clients, it means peace of mind: they can be 100% confident that their fire risk assessments are robust, legally compliant, and carried out by demonstrably competent professionals.
